How long does the average project take to complete?

Normally 1-2 days unless there is hidden damage discovered during work.

Which brand of roofing materials do you use?

GAF, Owens Corning, or Tamko – It depends on product availability and company reputation.

Do you offer military discounts?

Yes we sure do. We also offer discounts to first responders and teachers. The discount depends on the size of the job.

Can you do other tasks other than roofing?

Yes, depending on the task. I have been in construction since 1980 and I may use a vetted sub-contractor to work with the homeowner.

What precautions are taken to protect the homeowner’s property?

• Tarps are placed over landscaping and grass to catch debris. 
• Crews try to load most debris straight off of the roof into a trailer.
• Trailers are parked on hard surfaces only.
• Magnets are rolled on yard, driveway, and street to pick up any loose nails and debris.

Does old roof need to be removed?

In most cases, insurance will pay to remove all of the old layers. I had one roof in Sulphur Springs, Texas that had 5 layers of shingles! We uncovered some extensive problems but corrected all issues.

Are you insured?

We have liability insurance for the customer’s piece of mind.
